Wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the lovely produce that you had prepared and ready for me on Thursday, thanks to you, we had a lovely dinner tonight and my family was ranting and raving about the dinner and how delicious everything was..

Menu : Grilled Pork Tenderloin + Fresh Corn, Boiled String Beans, Zucchini with fresh Basil

Tomm night, we are having : Egg Plant Parmesan with Tomato Basil salad.

We can not wait to crack open the water melon, once I do I will post more pictures of it online.

Would you also be kind and have 3-4 Jars of Tomatoes and one Jar of your lovely Hot peppers relish or "Torshi" for me to pick up next week?

Your work and produce is amazing, your produce specially tomatoes and herbs are out of this world. We are consuming your produce every day as part of our daily diet, eggs for breakfast, Greens and tomatoes for lunch and dinner and fruit in between.

Aliabaad is awesome! I participated in the CO-OP program and received fresh produce regularly during the season. The farmer is a charismatic guy who truly cares about the quality of his crop over anything else. He offers unique herbs and crops that you won't see at other local farmer's markets. Once you taste fresh basil and dill, it is hard to go back to the dried stuff that you get at the supermarket. My favorite are his organic eggs. They taste great, and since I am a baker, I use eggs all the time! I also love Aliabaad's watermelons, tomatoes, and purple potatoes! I am excited to see what this season will bring!

Aliabaad farm is a great small farm in Sharpsburg, MD. They offer a ton of fresh produce and many varieties of fresh herbs (perfect for my family since we cook all the time)! Their eggs are absolutely delicious.

Ali has always been very accommodating, and allows CSA members full access to his farm for hiking, walks, picnics, or just to visit the chickens or goats. His farm is remarkably clean and manicured and all his animals are happy and healthy! I love that Ali allows families to select the types of produce they want each week, so you don\'t get a bunch of something that your family doesn\'t care for or that you can\'t use that week.

This year the CSA started the first week of May and each week the amount of produce available just triples! It is awesome! Ali or his helpers pick all the produce for his CSA members the day they pick up their shares so it is all really fresh. Whatever he is unable to sell at the farmer\'s market get donated to charity, another added bonus about this farm. No waste!

In addition to vegetables, fruits, herbs and eggs, Aliabaad sells potted & hanging flowers in April for anyone interested. Ali also holds 2 cookouts (one early and one late in the season) with food, drinks, music, and hay rides for his CSA members and friends. This CSA is defiantly worth every penny and more!

Our busy lives apparently rarely permit that we send people messages that say thank you or how are you?...

But I have to say Thursdays are good days for me... Not just because the weekend is imminent but also because it\'s nice to know we´ll be getting good stuff from you. :)

César and I are really enjoying your produce, and have tried lots of
recipes, including Spanish potato omelet, gazpacho, pesto, beet salad many other... We are very happy and satisfied that we did this. I almost feel your vegetables taste better every week!!!
