Spinach

Selecting

Choose spinach that has crisp, green leaves. Avoid spinach that has yellowed or browned leaves.

Cleaning

Briefly rinse spinach under cool water. Once you have rinsed it off if you have a salad spinner to dry spinach they work great, if not place on clean dishcloth or paper towel and blot dry.

Storing

 Once Spinach is dry place on paper towel, then wrap paper towel around spinach and slid into gallon size bag. Squeeze air out close, bag, and place in refrigerator.
