Choose fresh-looking Savory with good color and a clean, fresh scent. Avoid any brown spots or wilted stalks and leaves.

Cleaning

Rinse savory under cool water removing all sings of dirt.

Storing

Wrap fresh savory in a damp paper towel and place in a plastic bag in the refrigerator, Savory should be fresh for    7-10 days.
