Beet Greens

Selecting

When selecting beet greens makes sure that the leaves are crisp and bright in color. Stay away from leaves that are wilted, brown, or yellow.

Cleaning

Soak beet greens in cool clean water after about 1o minutes swirl them around, then rinse under cool clean water to remove any remaining dirt.

Storing

Refrigerate in a perforated plastic bag for up to two days.
